   2. Severe weather condition
      • Unfavorable weather conditions, such as storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, snowstorms, heat waves, etc., can cause unavoidable delivery delays. Just like any other company, couriers may face challenges delivering packages during extreme weather. We recommend staying updated on the weather through local news channels. If your local post office reports inclement weather, there is a higher chance that your delivery may be delayed. We ask for your kind understanding during these unforeseen circumstances.
   3. International customs procedures
