Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation. If it’s correct, try the following steps:
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery or a postcard left by your local post office.
- Check around the delivery location for your package.
- See if someone else accepted the delivery, unless you have health or safety concerns about doing so.
- Check your mailbox or any other locations where you typically receive mail, as some packages are delivered through multiple carriers.
Also consider checking these locations:
- Porch, garage, exterior doors, or any hidden spots where the package might have been placed, such as under a mat or near a back entrance.
- Your building's front desk, reception area, or receiving area.
If you still haven't received your package, please wait five business days, as in rare cases, packages may be marked as delivered up to five business days before arriving.
If you haven’t received your package after this period, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery. We will do everything we can to assist you.
