Damaged items, incorrect items, and items not received after 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered on the carrier's website, such as USPS or Canada Post) are eligible for a free replacement within 7 business days of the delivery date.

If more than 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a replacement.

All sales are final. If you received a defective or incorrect item, or if you did not receive your order after 30 days (excluding shipments marked as delivered), we will process a replacement instead of a refund.
Damaged Item

If a replacement order is needed, it will be shipped with the same shipping speed as the original item.

To help expedite the process, please send us three photos of the item you received from different angles. This will assist in verifying the issue and speeding up the replacement order.

If a replacement order is issued, there is no need to return the damaged item to us.

Incorrect Item

An incorrect item is defined as receiving a completely different product than what was shown on our website.
Examples of incorrect items that will be replaced:
- Example 1: You ordered a dress and received a pair of shoes.
- Example 2: You ordered lipstick and received mascara.
Examples of issues that will NOT be replaced:
- Example 3: You ordered a weighted plushie and feel that it's not weighted.
- Example 4: You ordered a jacket in size large but feel that you received a size small.
As a small business, we make sure to provide clear and comprehensive product information to help customers make informed decisions. If you feel the product is not what you're looking for, we encourage you to refrain from placing the order.
