We kindly ask for your understanding that, due to the various costs involved in running a small business, we are unable to CANCEL, REFUND, or RETURNS once an order has been paid and an associated order number has been generated. At this point, the order is  immediately transmitted to our Fulfillment Center's processing and packing system, making it impossible to cancel the order. We appreciate your patience and support.
